New Vessel Financing definition

New Vessel Financing means any financing arrangement entered into by any New Vessel Subsidiary in connection with any acquisition of one or more Vessels.

New Vessel Financing means any financing arrangement (including any sale and leaseback transaction) entered into by the Company, any Guarantor or any Xxxxx Act Compliant Entity for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or any part of the purchase price, lease expense, rental payments, cost of design or construction of a Vessel or Vessels or the acquisition of Capital Stock of Persons owning or to own a Vessel or Vessels.

New Vessel Financing means any financing arrangement (including but not limited to a sale and leaseback transaction or bareboat charter or lease or an arrangement whereby a Vessel under construction is pledged as collateral to secure the indebtedness of a shipbuilder), entered into by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or any part of the purchase price, cost of design or construction of a Vessel or Vessels or the acquisition of Capital Stock of entities owning or to own Vessels, provided that any Vessel contracted for construction, under construction or completed on the Signing Date is not a Vessel to which this definition applies.
New Vessel Financing means any financing arrangement (including but not limited to a sale and leaseback transaction or bareboat charter or lease or an arrangement whereby a Vessel under construction is pledged as collateral to secure the indebtedness of a shipbuilder, as well as any financing pursuant to export credit agency facilities, including, for the avoidance of doubt, committed but undrawn Existing ECA Facilities), entered into by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or any part of the purchase price, cost of design or construction of a Vessel or Vessels or the acquisition of Capital Stock of entities owning or to own Vessels.
New Vessel Financing means any financing arrangement (including any sale and leaseback transaction) entered into by the Company, any Unsecured Notes Guarantor or any Jones Act Compliant Entity for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or any part of the purchase price, cost of design or construction of a Vessel or Vessels or the acquisition of Capital Stock of Persons owning or to own a Vessel or Vessels.
New Vessel Financing means Indebtedness of the Company, any Guarantor or any Xxxxx Act Compliant Entity for the purpose of financing all or any part of the purchase price, cost of design or construction of a Vessel or Vessels.
