Original Financing Agreement definition
Original Financing Agreement means the development credit agreement for a Social Investment Program Project between the Recipient and the Association, dated April 7, 2003, as amended to the date of this Agreement (Credit No. 3740-BD).
Original Financing Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Original Financing Agreement means the financing agreement entered into between the Recipient and the Association on June 13, 2020 (Credit No 6693-MV, Grant No D665-MV), as amended to the date of this Agreement through the amendment dated December 8, 2020.
