Newbuild Claims definition

Newbuild Claims means any claims arising from (a) the Newbuild Debtors’ rejection of the Newbuild Contracts under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, if applicable, (b) the termination of Atwood Oceanics Pacific Limited’s guarantee on the Newbuild Contracts, and (c) any fees and expenses incurred by the Shipyard in connection with these chapter 11 cases.
Newbuild Claims means any General Unsecured Claims against the Newbuild Debtors and any claims arising from the Newbuild Debtors’ rejection of the Newbuild Contracts under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.
