Newly acquired vehicle definition
Newly acquired vehicle means any of the following types of vehicles “you” become the owner of during the policy period:
a. a four wheeled private passenger motor vehicle; or
b. a pickup or van, for which no other insurance policy provides coverage, that has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 10,000 lbs. or less; that is not used in the “business” of any “covered person”.
Newly acquired vehicle means a vehicle owned by a named insured or resident relative of the named insured which was acquired within 30 days before an accident.
Newly acquired vehicle means any of the following types of vehicles you become the owner of during the policy period.
