Examples of Newmark Holdings in a sentence

  • Group and/or Newmark Holdings Group, as the case may be, in connection with an investment in the Partnership by the members of the Newmark Inc.

  • The Partnership shall indemnify and reimburse Newmark Holdings for any payment made by Newmark Holdings in respect of any Newmark Holdings Non-Participating Unit.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary substantially all of the assets of which consist of Equity Interests and/or Indebtedness of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or other Foreign Holding Companies.
