Examples of News Programmes in a sentence
News Programmes shall not be positioned or promoted as Paralympic or Games programmes.
Paralympic Material may be used only as a part of News programmes and/or sports News Programmes.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, News Programmes broadcast on Television may be simulcast by means of any and all other delivery systems and media, and/or made available on an on-demand basis by means of any and all delivery systems and media for a period of up to forty-eight (48) hours following the completion of the relevant FIH Events.
Non-Rights Holders may use a maximum of three (3) minutes of Paralympic Material per day which may be included in any number of News and/or sports News Programmes.
The design assumes the total number of records to be O(5M ), and MongoDB is capable of effectively functioning with collections of this size.
Notwithstanding the rules set out in paragraph 3 above, In the case of an All-News Channel or All-Sports News Channel or All-Sports Channel, such channels may use short extracts in no more than twelve (12) of the Non-Rights Holder’s News Programmes per day.
To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to make available News Programmes which have been transmitted by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) on their on-demand/catch-up TV services, whereby viewers may choose to watch such News Programmes at a date and time later than the date and time upon which they were initially broadcast.
To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to Simulcast transmissions of News Programmes made by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) by means of their Internet Websites, Mobile Platforms and Mobile Apps.
To the extent that it is customary for them to do so as part of their normal business operations, Non-Rights Holders are permitted to Simulcast (i.e., exhibit via “TV Everywhere”) transmissions of News Programmes made by means of Television Delivery (and which contain, in accordance with these Rules, Short Extracts of Paralympic Material) by means of their Internet Websites, Mobile Platforms and Mobile Apps.
News Programmes or Other News Programmes that use Footage are not permitted to have a ‘title’ or other sponsor and no advertisement may be used or repeated in the regular advertising breaks during the News Programme or Other News Programme in such a manner as to create, suggest or imply an association between the advertiser and the Footage or the Event.
