Belo and Newspaper Holdco intend that any transfer of Information that would otherwise be within the attorney-client or attorney work product privileges shall not operate as a waiver of any potentially applicable privilege.

Except as otherwise provided in the next sentence, for purposes of any life-time maximum limit on benefits paid with respect to a covered participant, the Newspaper Holdco welfare plans will recognize any benefits paid with respect to a Newspaper Holdco Employee or Former Newspaper Holdco Employee prior to the Distribution Date to the same extent such benefits would be recognized in respect of a participant under the Belo welfare benefit plans.
