Next Alt Group means Next Alt and each Person that is an Affiliate of Next Alt;
Next Alt Group means Next Alt and each Person that is an Affiliate of Next Alt. “Organizational Documents” means the Charter and the Bylaws.

Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.
Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.
