NFL Home Games definition

NFL Home Games means, during each NFL Season, the NFL Games in which the Team is scheduled or otherwise designated by the NFL as the “home team” or in which the Team acts as the host for its opponent, but excluding any Super Bowl in which the Team is a participant.

Examples of NFL Home Games in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.2(a) hereof to the contrary, if, during the Non-Relocation Term, there occurs, from time to time, an NFL Labor Dispute, then during the pendency thereof, the Team shall not be obligated to play any NFL Home Games at the Stadium that have been cancelled by the NFL as a result of such NFL Labor Dispute; provided that any replacement or substitute NFL Home Games must be played in the Stadium, subject to the terms of Section 2.2(b) hereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team shall be entitled to play, and the foregoing covenant shall not prevent or prohibit the Team from playing, up to one (1) of its NFL Home Games outside the Stadium during each NFL Season; provided that such exempt NFL Home Game shall not include any post-season NFL Home Game.

  • Subject to Section 2.2(b) hereof, the Team shall play, and TeamCo hereby covenants to cause the Team to play, all of its NFL Home Games in the Stadium during the period commencing on the Term Commencement Date and ending on the Term Expiration Date or later in the event the Team Use Agreement remains in effect (such period, the “Non-Relocation Term”).

  • Although neither the Authority nor the County has any right to operate TeamCo or the Team, the Parties also recognize, agree, and stipulate that the financial, civic, and social benefits to the Authority and the County from the presence of the Team and the playing of its NFL Home Games in the Stadium are great, but that the precise value of those benefits is difficult to quantify due to the number of citizens and businesses that rely upon and benefit from the presence of the Team in the County.

  • TeamCo owns the Team (as defined herein), which as the holder of the Franchise (as defined herein), has received approval from the National Football League to relocate its home territory to an area including Xxxxx County, Nevada (the “County”) and to play its NFL Home Games in the Stadium (as each such term is defined herein) to be sited in Xxxxx County, Nevada.

  • Prohibition on Relocation: The New Stadium Lease shall be subject to the terms of the Non-Relocation Agreement among the Bills, the County, ECSC and the State, which will provide, among other things that the Bills covenant to play all of its NFL Home Games in the New Stadium throughout the entire 30-year term of the New Stadium Lease (other than up to one NFL International Series game per season, as described below).

  • TeamCo owns the Team (as defined herein), which as the holder of the Franchise (as defined herein), has received conditional approval from the National Football League to relocate its home territory to an area including Clark County, Nevada (the “County”) and to play its NFL Home Games in the Stadium (as each such term is defined herein) to be sited in Clark County, Nevada.

  • Xxxxxx acknowledges that the highest priority use of the Stadium (with preference over all others) shall be to serve as the site for NFL professional football games, including the NFL Home Games, and Lessee agrees to schedule and conduct TSU Home Games in a manner designed to comply with the priorities established in the preceding sentence.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if StadCo does not deliver the termination Notice set forth in this Section 14.7, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated effective as of the end of the calendar month in which the Team ceases to play its NFL Home Games at the Stadium.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

  • Youth Football means those participating at ages under 11s to under 18s.

  • Playground means any park or recreational area designed in part to be used by children that has play or sports equipment installed or that has been designated or landscaped for play or sports activities, or any similar facility located on public or private school grounds or on [City or County] grounds.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Rape Crisis Center means an office, institution, or center offering assistance to victims of sexual offenses through crisis intervention, medical and legal information, and follow-up counseling.

  • Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.

  • Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;
