NMS Stock definition
NMS Stock means any NMS Security other than an option.
NMS Stock. ’ means ‘‘any NMS security other than an option’’ 16 and therefore security tokens traded on BSTX that
NMS Stock shall have the same definition as in Rule 600(b)(47) of Regulation NMS under the Securities Exchange Act, which for the avoidance of doubt includes equity securities for which transaction reports are collected, processed and made available pursuant to an effective transaction reporting plan, but excludes Options.
