NO ADMISSION definition

NO ADMISSION. Microsoft's and its Subsidiaries' license of the Immersion FF Patent Portfolio and/or payment of the one-time payment under Section 5.1 ("Microsoft One-Time Payment to Immersion") and/or Immersion's and its Subsidiaries' license of the Microsoft FF Patent Portfolio from Microsoft shall not be deemed to be evidence or an admission that a product infringes any patent of the other party, or that any patent of a party is valid or enforceable.
