Varieties with nothing in this column are eligible for export to the US with written permission from SeCan PRIOR to the sale and export. Permission is required for export sales of any class of seed (including Certified) on all crop kinds. Some varieties may also be sold internationally - contact the SeCan office for more information.

  • Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.
