no extra claims means any claim/s and includes any direct or indirect industrial action in support of any claim.

  • Unresolved Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(c).

  • Approved Claims means Settlement Claims in an amount approved by the Claims Administrator or found to be valid through the Dispute Resolution process.

  • Claims means all actions, suits, claims, demands, investigations and proceedings of any kind, open, pending or threatened, whether mature, unmatured, contingent, known or unknown, at law or in equity, in any forum.
