If the Borrower makes a late payment for any Payment Due Date, there shall be: (check one) ☐ – NO LATE FEE.
If a payment due by the Renter is not made within the requirements mentioned in this Agreement, there will be: (check one) ☐ - NO LATE FEE.
Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.
Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
Contingent fee, as used in this clause, means any commission, percentage, brokerage, or other fee that is contingent upon the success that a person or concern has in securing a Government contract.
Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.
