"Notice" means a written communication identified as a Notice and issued in accordance with Sub-Clause 1.3 [Notices and Other Communications]. "Notice of Dissatisfaction" or "NOD" means the Notice one Party may give to the other Party if it is dissatisfied, either with an Engineer's determination under Sub-Clause 4.5 [Agreement or Determination].
