If the FIRB No Objection Notice has been obtained and the Credit Parties have not entered into a Post-Closing Security Document on terms and in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender (provided in each case that by entering into the Post-Closing Security Agreement neither the Lender nor the Credit Party would be in breach of any condition to the FIRB No Objection Notice) within 10 days of that FIRB No Objection Notice being obtained.
