Any reservation in this Lease of a right by Landlord to enter upon the Premises and to make or perform any repairs, alterations or other work in, to or about the Premises which, in the first instance, is the obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Lease shall not be deemed to: (i) impose any obligation on Landlord to do so, (ii) render Landlord liable (to Tenant or any third party) for the failure to do so, or (iii) relieve Tenant from any obligations to indemnify Landlord as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Lease. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, for purposes of this Section 19.07, the term “Premises” shall include any other portion of the Building reserved for the exclusive use of Tenant.
