NO RETIREMENT. The Mortgages Trustee shall not, and shall not purport to, retire as the trustee of the Mortgages Trust or appoint any additional trustee of the Mortgages Trust and shall have no power to retire or appoint any additional trustee under the Trustee Act 1925 or otherwise.
