No Show Policy definition

No Show Policy means a policy that is included in the Terms of Sale of a Fresha Booking whereby you may charge a Customer (through the Fresha Payment Services) a certain fee for a Fresha Booking in which the Customer fails to show up to your place of business at the time indicated on the Fresha Booking, which may be up to 100% of the value of the Fresha Booking.
No Show Policy. A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it in an adequate manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in your appointment history as a "no-show".

More Definitions of No Show Policy

No Show Policy. A No Show is failure to attend a scheduled appointment without calling to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, unless due to emergency.
No Show Policy. Any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without canceling the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time is considered a “no-show”. Any patient who has an initial “no-show” appointment on record will be subject to a $75 no-show fee for any additional instances (this fee is not covered or reimbursed by insurance plans.) All “no-show” patients will receive a missed appointment letter after 2 no shows. After 3 “no-shows” a patients file will be labeled as having “same-day status” only. After an established patient has more than 3 “no-show” appointments, that patient may be discharged from our practice and asked to seek healthcare with another physician.   • Mandatory Policies means the following of our business policies and codes:

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
