NOI Margin definition
NOI Margin means NOI divided by the total revenues from properties as presented in the Statement of Income (Loss) and Comprehensive Income (Loss) prepared in accordance with IFRS.

NOI Margin means NOI divided by the total revenues from properties accounted for in accordance with IFRS. The Company’s method of calculating NOI, and, in turn, NOI margin may differ from other issuers’ methods and, accordingly may not be comparable to NOI reported by other issuers. Management believes that NOI is a meaningful supplementary measure of operating performance of the Company’s hospitality assets.
