Nominal Design Capacity definition

Nominal Design Capacity means, with respect to a FGRS, the sum of the capacities, in mscf per Day, of the installed flare gas recovery Compressors,
Nominal Design Capacity means, with respect to the FGRS, the capacity, in mmscf per Day, of the installed Flare gas recovery Compressor, excluding the capacity of any installed duplicate spare Compressor or warehouse spare Compressor.
Nominal Design Capacity means a demonstrated capability to gather (at the pressures required under Section 6.A below) and Process, as applicable, the volume of Gas described for such Sub Phase, regardless of whether a volume of Gas equaling such volume is available or was in fact so gathered or processed. Such gathering and processing capabilities shall be deemed to have been demonstrated when the following procedures have been completed:

Examples of Nominal Design Capacity in a sentence

  • A particular listed Sub Phase of the Phase V Expansion shall be deemed to be complete when the below described testing, modeling and calculations are performed and demonstrate that the East Side portion of the Gathering System and the Plant have the respective Nominal Design Capacity listed above for that Sub Phase.
