Nominated Assets means (i) the A320-200 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 5812. and (ii) the Engines.

  • Any delay in the completion of the Appraisals of the Nominated Assets shall be the sole risk of the Borrower; provided, however, the Administrative Agent shall use good faith efforts to obtain or otherwise approve the applicable Appraisals as soon as reasonably possible.
