Nominated Earner definition

Nominated Earner means the person who has been nominated to receive Airpoints Dollars earned from purchases on the Credit Card Account and who has provided their own Airpoints Programme number to us. A Nominated Earner must have an Airpoints Programme number that we link to the Cards (see clause 2.16 for more information about this) and either be an Account Owner or an additional cardholder. PIN means your confidential personal identification number, which, when used with your Card, will enable you to access your Card Accounts. Transaction means: • for Credit Card Account: all the transactions debited or credited to your Credit Card Account, such as the purchase of goods or the obtaining of services or Cash Advances or Balance Transfers, including transactions using an ATM, teller’s terminal or EFTPOS, mail, telephone or remote (e.g. internet or e-mail) purchases, payments credited to your Credit Card Account and amounts that you agree with a Merchant may be debited against your Credit Card Account on a regular basis; and • for 24 Hour Banking Accounts: all the transactions debited or credited to your 24 Hour Banking Accounts as a result of using your Card.

  • If the Nominated Earner ceases to be a member of the Airpoints Programme or the Nominated Earner for the Credit Card Account, then you will also lose any entitlement to earn Airpoints Dollars for your Airpoints Programme membership account on purchases made since your most recent statement.
