Nominated Network definition

Nominated Network means that part of the Infrastructure detailed in Part 1 of Schedule 2;
Nominated Network means that part of the Infrastructure described in item 1 of schedule 3. Nominated Monthly Operational Rights for a Train Service Type means the number of Train Services for that Train Service Type that the Operator is entitled to operate during any Month:
Nominated Network means that part of the Infrastructure described in item 1 of schedule 3. Nominated Network FM Reduction Notice has the meaning given in clause 25.4(d).
