Nominated Quantities definition

Nominated Quantities means the aggregate quantity of Natural Gas in kWh per Gas Day that has been nominated or is deemed to have been nominated by a Shipper either:

Examples of Nominated Quantities in a sentence

  • National Grid NTS has discussed the proposal with its Adjacent TSOs who each consider such a reform to be appropriate.Allocate as nominate means that National Grid NTS would allocate gas quantities to each User at the IPs equal to its Nominated Quantities which will be the value determined by the Adjacent TSOs in response to the User’s Input Nominations and/or Output Nominations1.

  • Current arrangements in respect of IPs are that User Agents submit allocations to National Grid NTS on behalf of NTS Users for both entry and exit which, in aggregate, equal the measured gas flow4.Within the INT Code, the default allocation rule is for the Adjacent TSOs to allocate gas to Users equal to their Nominated Quantities (commonly referred to as ‘allocate as nominate’) with the Steering Difference allocated to an Operational Balancing Account (OBA) between them.

  • However, in the event that such excess quantities are included in other nominations, the excess portion of such nomination will be scheduled pursuant to Section 6.5. (f) Responsibility for Nominated Quantities.

  • The default (obligatory) allocation rule is that allocations equal confirmed nominated quantities (defined in EID as Nominated Quantities - allocate as nominate - should the Adjacent TSOs fail to agree an allocation rule.

  • Where it is an OBA Party, an AIP shall not relieve the Interconnected Party of its obligations to: manage Shippers’ Nominated Quantities in accordance with the Code; and comply with its Primary Balancing Obligation.

  • Nominations for Commercial Reverse Capacity must be made as equal Nominated Quantities at the Entry Point and Exit Point combination that forms the relevant Commercial Reverse Route that was booked.

  • It is not allowed that at a given hour the sum of the Confirmed Nominated Quantities at an End User Domestic Point exceeds the sum of the Available MTSR of both the CRGU and the PAGU(s) at this End User Domestic Exit Point.

  • This Party will also proceed to calculate the Processed Quantities as described in Exceptional Event Situation Step 3: TIGF will send ENAGAS GTS the Processed Quantities based on the Nominated Quantities.

  • Curtailment of Nominated Quantities First Gas may curtail Shippers’ Nominated Quantities at a Delivery Point, including where an OBA applies at that Delivery Point, in accordance with the Code.

  • As such, any imbalances caused by Seller over or under delivering Buyer's Daily Nominated Quantities shall be the physical and financial responsibility of Seller.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date. Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.
