Nominated Supplier means any member of the Supplier’s Group to whom the Supplier sub-contracts the Manufacture or supply of Products to the Purchaser (including invoicing).

Examples of Nominated Supplier in a sentence

  • GSK or the Nominated Supplier shall use such Toll Materials, WIP and New Clinical Products solely for the purposes of this Agreement.
