Nominated Tenant definition

Nominated Tenant means the person who is authorised by all persons who form the Tenant to liaise with and instruct the DPS regarding deductions from and release of the Deposit.
Nominated Tenant or “Lead Tenant” means the person who is authorised by all persons who form the Tenant to liaise with mydeposits regarding deductions from and release of the Deposit.

  • The parties forming the Tenant declare that the Nominated Tenant should represent all of them in any decisions regarding the Deposit and that the decision of the Nominated Tenant will be binding on all the parties forming the Tenant in this tenancy agreement, subject to the Custodial Terms and Conditions of The DPS.

  • If a Relevant Person has contributed to the Deposit, the Nominated Tenant also acts on their behalf.
