Examples of Nominated Third Party in a sentence

  • In the case where an Asset hosts deployed Equipment, then the Authority shall not interfere with (i) the use of such Asset or (ii) the operation of the Equipment for the Permitted Use, of or by the Supplier (or the Nominated Third Party, as the case may be), except where the Equipment is affecting the normal operation of the Assets or the Authority is carrying our preventative or reactive maintenance, which shall be notified to the Supplier where possible..

  • Title to and property in the Equipment shall remain vested in the Supplier (or a Nominated Third Party, as the case may be) at all times.
