Nominated Wallet definition

Nominated Wallet means the digital wallet address nominated by the Limited Partner during the registration on the Xcap Platform and any subsequent wallet address to which the Token is subsequently transferred;

Examples of Nominated Wallet in a sentence

  • The Purchaser shall make full payment of the Purchase Amount to the Company’s Nominated Wallet Address within seven (7) calendar days of the date hereof.

  • The Purchaser shall make full payment of the Purchase Amount to the Company’s Nominated Wallet Address (as defined in the table set out above) within four (4) calendar days of the date hereof.

  • Failure to provide this information will prevent the Partnerships from allocating the Token to the User's Nominated Wallet.

  • Subject to the requirements set forth in this Agreement and as otherwise communicated by us to you, upon Execution, we will buy type and/or amount of Crypto Asset from you, deduct such type and/or quantity of Crypto Asset from your Nominated Wallet Address, and credit your Nominated Payment Account for the applicable Transaction amount.

  • Any access, use and/or (legal) act(ion)s is made with(in) your Nominated Wallet Address are for your own risk and expense and will be attributed to you as the owner of the Nominated Wallet Address.

  • The Contributor shall make full payment of the Contribution Amount to the Association’s Nominated Wallet Address (as defined in the table set out above) within seven (7) calendar days of the date hereof.

Related to Nominated Wallet

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.
