In addition to any other remedies which may be available, the Company and each Permitted Owner shall be entitled to equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any breach of the provisions of this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement or the Certificate of Designation by another Party, and neither the Company nor any Permitted Owner nor the Investor Nominee or Nominees shall oppose the granting of such relief.
