Nominee Shares definition

Nominee Shares means the shares of capital stock or other equity or ownership interest of any Company (other than CTC Asia Limited and STR France) not held by the Seller or any of its Subsidiaries prior to the Closing.
Nominee Shares means all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Cascades Freehold Nominee.
Nominee Shares means any issued shares in the capital of any of the Subsidiaries in respect of which one of the Companies or one of the other Subsidiaries is not the registered owner;

Nominee Shares means those issued shares of capital stock of, or issued shares in the capital of, any Stock Company which are identified in Part 1(a) of the Disclosure Schedule as being owned, or held as nominee or custodian, by any Person other than M.A. Hann▇ ▇▇ one of the Cadillac Companies.
Nominee Shares means all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of each of the Nominees held by the UPREIT.
Nominee Shares means the shares in the capital of Sub-Topco which, on the date of this Agreement, are held by the Nominee as set out in Part B of Schedule 1;
