Non-Affiliated Third Party definition
Non-Affiliated Third Party. ’ means any person except:
Non-Affiliated Third Party means a third party who is not an ‘Affiliate’ as defined by the Securities Act of 1933.
Non-Affiliated Third Party means a person or entity that is not 1) an affiliate of Forward Management or 2) a joint employee of the Forward Management and a third party.
