Non-Clerical Duties definition
Non-Clerical Duties. No member will make decisions or perform duties that are of an administrative nature unless specifically directed by the Superintendent or respective principal. No member of the bargaining unit shall be required to become or to remain a trained nursing-supervised, unlicensed delegate responsible for administration of medication.
