Non-Compliance Report definition

Non-Compliance Report means a report of an event identified through the processing of vehicle telematics data relating to a vehicle enrolment and associated operating conditions, or a possible malfunction or Tampering. A Non-Compliance Report may contain Personal Information.

More Definitions of Non-Compliance Report

Non-Compliance Report to Landlord of any items which are not in compliance with the Delivery Obligation.
