Non-confidential is herein defined to mean all material to be placed in such file subsequent to employment except any pre- employment materials, which are not received, for insertion to the file prior to actual employment.

Each employee may submit his/her written and signed answer to any such material and the answer shall be included in his/her personnel file. Each employee may examine his/her current employment record upon written request.
