non-contributory scheme definition

non-contributory scheme means any employees' terminal benefit scheme under which the benefit is secured by contributions made by the employer alone towards any fund established pursuant to the scheme;
non-contributory scheme means the non-contributory component of the AF Program as defined by Article 1, Section C, of the Borrower’s Law 24,714.

  • contributory employment and support allowance means an allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as amended by the provisions of Schedule 3, and Part 1 of Schedule 14, to the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that remove references to an income-related allowance and a contributory allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as that Part has effect apart from those provisions;

  • contributory means a person liable to contribute towards the assets of the company in the event of its being wound up.

  • Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.

  • Pension Scheme means the superannuation scheme continued by section 29(c) of the Act;
