Non-Conveyable item definition
Non-Conveyable item means an item which for any reason cannot travel on the Carrier's automated conveyor system including:
Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.
Non-Controlling Note means any Note (other than the Controlling Note), including any New Note designated as a “Non-Controlling Note” hereunder pursuant to Section 32.
Defects Liability Expiry Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Client to the Contractor, in accordance with the Contract.
Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.
Non Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play for a Club but has not entered into a written contract of employment.
