Non-Delinquent definition

Non-Delinquent means a customer who does not have a past due balance of more than two (2) Monthly Billing Periods (except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 1.1(A) with respect to the bulk accounts itemized thereon) from the first day of the initial Monthly Billing Period to which a bill ▇▇▇ates (except for past due amounts representing late fees and other minimal ancillary charges) totaling $5.00 or less.

Examples of Non-Delinquent in a sentence

  • The Non-Delinquent Member may elect to have its Required Additional Capital Contribution returned to it by the Company.

  • The Non-Delinquent Member may fund the amount of the Required Additional Capital Contribution not made by the Delinquent Member, such amount together with the amount funded by the Non-Delinquent Member shall be treated as a loan to the Company by the Non-Delinquent Member.
