Non-Discretionary services definition
Non-Discretionary services means an agreement entered into between a client and the portfolio manager pursuant to which the Portfolio Manager has agreed to provide Non - Discretionary Portfolio Management Services to the Client. Non-discretionary portfolio management services mean a services rendered to the client by the portfolio manager in accordance with the direction of the client with respect to investments or management of assets of theclient.
