Non-Emergency Calls definition

Non-Emergency Calls means all calls to the Department which are not of an urgent nature, e.g. requests for information, notification of deficiencies or other non-emergency issues;
Non-Emergency Calls are requests for service outside regular maintenance schedule, and are NOT an emergency situation, these calls may include but not be limited to anything that disturbs the reasonable use of property or endangers life and health or is offensive, and gives rise to a cause of action.
