Non-Exclusive Information definition

Non-Exclusive Information means any information in the possession or under the control of any member of the Seller’s Group or any EDS Entity which is not exclusively used in relation to the EDS Business other than Retained Know-How.
Non-Exclusive Information means information in the possession of members of the Seller Group which does not relate exclusively or predominantly to the Target Business;

More Definitions of Non-Exclusive Information

Non-Exclusive Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.3.
