Non-exclusive use definition
Non-exclusive use means the use of a park or recreational facility pursuant to an Agreement issued under this chapter which does not prohibit or restrict the availability of that park or recreational facility to others.
Non-exclusive use. Tenant shall have non-exclusive use of the parking lot adjacent to the Premises, as depicted in Exhibit A. Tenant is responsible for improvements and maintenance of the parking lot, as described in Exhibit C and section 5.6.
