Non-exclusiveness definition

Non-exclusiveness. This MoU shall be non-exclusive, and Parties are free to enter similar arrangements with other third parties without any conflict of interest.

Related to Non-exclusiveness

  • Non-Exclusive Assets means those Supplier Assets (if any) which are used by the Supplier or a Key Sub-Contractor in connection with the Goods and/or Services but which are also used by the Supplier or Key Sub-Contractor for other purposes;

  • Non-Excluded Taxes as defined in Section 2.20(a).

  • Non-Excluded Tax has the meaning specified in Section 3.03.

  • Classroom exclusion means the exclusion of a student from a classroom or instructional or activity area for behavioral violations, subject to the requirements of WAC 392-400-330 and 392-400-335. Classroom exclusion does not include action that results in missed instruction for a brief duration when:

  • Case-based Exclusion means the exclusion of a particular Sickness or Disease from the coverage of these Terms and Benefits that may be applied by the Company based on a Pre-existing Condition or factors affecting the insurability of the Insured Person.
