Non-Gaming Vendor definition

Non-Gaming Vendor means any person or entity who provides services or goods to a gaming facility of the Tribe that are not directly related to or used in connection with gaming activities of the Tribe or the handling, processing, and/or accounting of cash or cash equivalents from gaming activities of the Tribe. Non-Gaming Vendors are vendors who provide goods or services that are not directly associated with the conduct of gaming activities of the Tribe or who do not interact with gaming systems of the Tribe, such as gaming accounting systems, back of house systems, or ticket redemption systems, among others. Examples of non-gaming goods and services include, but are not limited to, providers of: uniforms or laundry services; food, beverages and goods; cleaning supplies and services; general purpose equipment or items such as light bulbs, vacuum cleaners, and decorations; and entertainment services.
Non-Gaming Vendor means any Vendor that does not qualify as a Gaming Vendor, that transfers non-gaming related property and/or goods, or that provides non-gaming services to a Gaming Facility, excluding legal and accounting services.
Non-Gaming Vendor means any person or business entity that provides services or goods to a gaming facility that are not directly related to or used in connection with gaming activities or the handling, processing, and/or accounting of cash or cash equivalents from the gaming activities, but excluding goods and services provided by phone companies or a publicly regulated utility company. Non-Gaming Vendors are those whose dealings or transactions with the Gaming Operation pose negligible risk of detrimentally affecting the integrity of the Nation’s gaming activities. Examples of non-gaming goods and services include but are not limited to subscription newspapers and periodicals; laundry services; food; beverages; cleaning supplies; gardeners; general purpose equipment or items such as light bulbs, vacuum cleaners, and decorations; and providers of entertainment services.

More Definitions of Non-Gaming Vendor

Non-Gaming Vendor means a vendor who provides services or goods that do not have the ability to impact the integrity of gaming operations, such as media advertising, facility maintenance workers, linen and laundry services, and food and beverage suppliers.
Non-Gaming Vendor means any vendor providing goods and services to any gaming enterprise, other than gaming services or gaming equipment and supplies, in an amount equal to or greater than $25,000, in any calendar year.
Non-Gaming Vendor means a person providing goods and services not included in the definition of a gaming vendor including, but not limited to, construction companies, vending machine providers, linen suppliers, garbage handlers, maintenance companies, limousine services, food purveyors or suppliers of alcoholic beverages.
Non-Gaming Vendor means any person providing non-gaming services.
Non-Gaming Vendor means any Vendor that does not qualify as a Gaming Vendor who transfers non-gaming related property, goods, or provides non-gaming services to a Gaming Facility, including Labor Organizations, Labor Organization Agents, Officers, Principal Employees
