Non-graduate means an employee who is not qualified as a graduate (as defined).

Non-graduate means an applicant for a professional engineer, land surveyor, engineer-in-training, or surveyor-in-training license who did not graduate from an accredited program, as accredited by ABET or CAB, but who may possess an engineering degree from a non-accredited engineering curriculum at educational institutions in the UnitStates, Canada, or other nations outside of the United States. It shall also apply to graduates of engineering technology and certain science curriculums and other applicants for licensure possessing no professional degrees but having the requisite years of experience acceptable to the board and meeting the requirements cited in the state statutes.
