Non-identifiable. , in relation to tissue, means tissue which has been rendered non-identifiable within the meaning of section 27(3) of the Act;
Non-identifiable means that the identifying features (eg, face) of the child in the photo may be cropped out of the frame or hidden from view with hats, hair or some object.
Non-identifiable means personal and health information will be copied and used in a manner that will not permit the identification of a specific individual without extraordinary effort.
