Non-Instructional Day definition
Non-Instructional Day means any day of service required of unit members for the purposes of staff development, preparation, planning, or other professional activity when students are not present.
Non-Instructional Day means, in respect of any school, a day in session in a school calendar year that is not a day of instruction;
Non-Instructional Day. A work day during which an Instructor is not scheduled to teach classes.
