Non-judicial case definition

Non-judicial case means the the childen have been determined to be unsafe, a safety plan is required and the family has consented to services and supervision aimed at addressing the conditions that make the child unsafe.

  • Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.
