Non Last Room Availability. Offers you a static rate based on your level of commitment per hotel. This rate will be closed during special events and periods of high demand. When this rate is closed, rooms will be available at public rates. Rates are offered by room type. Gross Rates: A rate or fare that includes a 10% commission charge for the booking agent. Nett Rates: A rate or fare that does not generate any commission to the booking agent. Primarily used in Fee for Service Agreements.
