Non-Lead Trustee definition

Non-Lead Trustee means the “trustee” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Non-Lead Trustee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
Non-Lead Trustee means the Note A-2 Trustee or the Note A-3 Trustee, as the case may be.

  • The Master Servicer and the Trustee, as applicable, and the Non-Lead Master Servicer or the Non-Lead Trustee shall be required to notify each other servicer and trustee with respect to a Securitization of the amount of its principal and interest Advance within two (2) Business Days of making such Advance.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Trustee

Non-Lead Trustee means the applicable “Trustee” under a Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Non-Lead Trustee means shall mean the trustee under a Non-Lead Note A PSA and any successor appointed as provided thereunder.
Non-Lead Trustee means, from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the trustee designated under the Note A-2 TSA, the Note A-3 TSA, the Note A-4 TSA, the Note A-5 TSA, the Note A-6 TSA, the Note A-7 TSA, the Note A-8 TSA and the Note C TA.
Non-Lead Trustee means, from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the trustee designated under the Note A-2 PSA, Note A-3 PSA, Note A-4 PSA, Note A-5 PSA and Note A-6 PSA.
Non-Lead Trustee means, from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trustee designated under the Note A-2 PSA.
Non-Lead Trustee means from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trustee designated under any Non-Lead Servicing Agreement.

Related to Non-Lead Trustee

  • Non-Lead Master Servicer means the “master servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Servicer means any Non-Lead Master Servicer or Non-Lead Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Non-Lead Sponsor means the Note A-2 Holder in its capacity as the sponsor with respect to the Non-Lead Securitization Note in connection with the Non-Lead Securitization.

  • Non-Lead Depositor means the “depositor” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Note Holders means the holders of the Non-Lead Notes.

  • Qualified Trustee means (i) a corporation, national bank, national banking association or a trust company, organized and doing business under the laws of any state or the United States of America, authorized under such laws to exercise corporate trust powers and to accept the trust conferred, having a combined capital and surplus of at least $50,000,000 and subject to supervision or examination by federal or state authority, (ii) an institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or (iii) an institution whose long-term senior unsecured debt is rated either of the then in effect top two rating categories of each of the applicable Rating Agencies.
